AGILIS SERVICES SA (“we,” “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can control your information.
1. In-App Data Collection (v1 Offline)
- No Automatic Collection. Colonne v1 operates entirely offline and does not transmit any data unless you expressly enable bug reporting.
- Sentry Reports (Opt-In). If you choose to send reports, they may include technical details and context related to errors (stack trace, app version, OS version, etc.), and may contain personal information. You may disable reporting at any time.
2. Payments & Billing Data
- Lemon Squeezy. We use Lemon Squeezy to process all payments. Your billing details are handled solely by them; please refer to their Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
3. Website Trackers (colonne.app)
On our marketing site (https://colonne.app) we use:
- Google Analytics to measure site traffic and improve user experience.
- Vercel Analytics to gather performance metrics (load times, frontend errors).
- Cookies. First-party persistent cookies store your language preference and cookie-consent choices.
- Do Not Track. We do not respond to Do Not Track signals.
4. Backups
- User Responsibility. You alone are responsible for creating and retaining backups of your local Colonne data. We do not back up your files.
5. Sharing & Access
- No Sharing. We do not sell or rent your personal data.
- Limited Access. Only Colonne’s development team may view the Sentry reports you’ve allowed, solely for diagnosing and fixing bugs.
- Retention. Sentry reports are kept for 12 months before permanent deletion.
6. Your Rights
At any time during the beta period you can:
- Disable Sentry bug reporting in Preferences.
- Delete all local data by uninstalling the app and removing its data directory.
