Terms of Use

Last updated: July 31, 2025

By installing and using Colonne (the “Software”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Colonne is developed and published by AGILIS SERVICES SA (“Company”).

1. License & Installation

  1. Perpetual License. After purchase via Lemon Squeezy, you receive a license key granting you unlimited use of version 1 in fully offline mode (no server, no online account).
  2. Activation & Devices. Your license key may be activated on up to three (3) devices. Installation and activation occur entirely on your local machine.
  3. Single-User. Each license is tied to a single individual. Sharing or reselling your key is prohibited.

2. Payment & Refunds

  1. Payment Processor. All purchases are handled through Lemon Squeezy. They collect VAT and any other applicable taxes at the time of payment.
  2. 30-Day Refund. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase, subject to Lemon Squeezy’s refund policy.

3. Bug Reports (Sentry)

  1. Opt-In Only. Colonne may send error reports to Sentry only if you enable this feature in Preferences.
  2. Content of Reports. Reports may include stack traces, application and OS versions, and other context—potentially including personal data. You can disable reporting at any time.

4. Backups, Support & Updates

  1. Backups. Creating and maintaining backups of all your local Colonne data (tasks, settings, etc.) is entirely your responsibility.
  2. Support. Technical support is provided via email at contact@laurieherault.com (temporary address for the beta period).
  3. Updates. Security patches for version 1 offline are provided free of charge for life. Major new features will be released in a future cloud-based version.

5. Intellectual Property

  1. Your Data. You retain all rights to the data and files you create with Colonne.
  2. Software & Design. The Software, its user interface, and all documentation remain the exclusive property of AGILIS SERVICES SA. Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

  1. Use at Your Own Risk. Colonne is provided “as is.” You assume all risks associated with its use.
  2. No Warranties. The Company makes no guarantees regarding availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from defects.
  3. Cap on Liability. Under no circumstances will the Company’s total liability exceed the amount you paid for your license.

7. Changes to These Terms

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms for the future cloud version. Any changes affecting version 1 offline will be announced on our website and will not apply retroactively to licenses already issued for v1.
